How does the Outlook Add-in work?+
Install the add-in from Microsoft AppSource (one click). Inside any Outlook compose window, click the Lollipop button in the ribbon. Sign in with your Lollipop account, pick a video from your library or record a new one, and we drop a tracked thumbnail + watch link into the email body. The recipient clicks → watches your video → you see analytics in your Lollipop dashboard.
Does Lollipop read my emails?+
No. The Outlook Add-in only reads/writes the body of the message you're actively composing — and only while the add-in pane is open. We never access other emails, your calendar, contacts, or mailbox folders.
What happens to my video after I send it?+
Your video is stored privately on Lollipop's secure cloud and only accessible via the unique watch link sent to your recipient. Each link is single-recipient by default and you can disable a link anytime from your dashboard.
Why isn't my video showing up in the email?+
Outlook embeds the thumbnail as an image with a tracked link — the actual video plays at thelollipopapp.com when the recipient clicks. If the thumbnail isn't visible, your recipient's email client may have images disabled by default; the watch-link text fallback still works.
How do I cancel my subscription?+
Go to Account → Billing → Cancel plan. Your videos and account stay accessible for 30 days in case you change your mind, then everything is permanently deleted.
Does Lollipop work on Outlook Mobile?+
Yes — once the add-in is installed via Outlook Web or Desktop, it appears in Outlook Mobile (iOS + Android) automatically.
